2. BOOKING & PAYMENTS

To secure services, a signed agreement and deposit may be required.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your date

• The remaining balance is due according to your service agreement

• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services

• All payments are subject to the terms outlined in your invoice or contract

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract

• Cancellations made after confirmation may result in partial or no refund depending on preparation and work already completed

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

Each client agreement may include specific cancellation terms that override this section.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information

• Communicate important updates in a timely manner

• Cooperate with vendors and coordination timelines

• Ensure venue access and event readiness

• Follow agreed-upon timelines and requirements

Failure to cooperate may impact service quality and execution.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

While Yasmeen Events strives for flawless coordination and execution, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the scope of our services.

We are not responsible for:

• Vendor delays or failures

• Venue issues or restrictions

• Weather-related disruptions

• Guest behavior or external factors beyond our control

We provide coordination services, not control over third-party performance.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including branding, text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Yasmeen Events unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Termination may result in loss of deposit depending on agreement terms.
