Destination weddings require multi-day coordination, travel logistics, and on-site management to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly across locations and events.​​

This service is designed for couples celebrating outside their home city who need full planning support and on-site execution.​Because of the nature of destination weddings, this service includes two required travel phases.

Phase 1: Site Visit & Planning Walkthrough

Includes:

• On-site destination visit for venue walkthroughs

• Hotel accommodations (4–5 star minimum)

• Round-trip business class airfare

• Ground transportation (rental car or private driver)

• Venue tours and evaluations

• Vendor meetings and coordination

• Layout planning for ceremony and reception spaces

• Guest flow and logistics planning

All travel expenses are client-paid and approved prior to booking.

Phase 2: Wedding Weekend Execution

Includes:

• Round-trip travel for wedding weekend

• Hotel accommodations for entire stay

• Full wedding weekend coordination

• Ceremony and reception management

• Vendor oversight and timeline execution

• Guest experience and flow management

• Rehearsal coordination (if applicable)

• Real-time problem solving and logistics oversight

• Breakdown and vendor departure coordination

Destination Wedding Booking Policy

Due to the extensive planning, travel coordination, venue selection, and logistical requirements involved, destination weddings must be booked a minimum of 12 months prior to the event date. Early booking allows sufficient time to thoughtfully plan and coordinate every aspect of your celebration.
